What does this mean?

* We have been audited by the Isle of Wight Trading Standards Service.

This audit included:
o A criminal record check
o Credit checks
o An interview with Trading Standards officers
o Replies from questionnaires sent out to a selection of previous and existing customers

* We agree to:
o Provide a reliable, quality service
o Comply with the spirit and letter of the law
o Ensure staff are adequately trained for the work carried out
o Deal with any complaints promptly, effectively and courteously
o Keep records of any complaints
o Acknowledge and respond to any advice given by the Trading Standards Service
o Agree to abide by the decision of Trading Standards in the unlikely event of a dispute
